HIGH SCHOOL - (9th grade to 11th grade)
COLLEGIATE - 12th grade in high school is considered a Collegiate contestant in this pageant. If enrolled in college, you can be enrolled at a college, university, graduate school, tech/trade school, or beauty school out-of-state as long as your permanent residence when not in school is in VA. Classes can be both in person or online. The Virginia Collegiate contestant must be no older than 28 as of June 1, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Contestants must be a natural born female, not married (or never have been married or had a marriage annulled). Contestant cannot currently be pregnant or have ever been pregnant. Contestant must be of good character with no criminal background and no criminal charges currently against them.
Virginia Royalty 2025
The Miss High School America Scholarship Pageant Organization was started in 2009, for the purpose of providing personal and professional opportunities for young women. It is our goal to provide outstanding junior high, high school and collegiate girls the opportunity to compete in a prestigious national level scholarship pageant.
The Miss Elementary America Pageant was created in 2019 as a division of the Miss High School America Pageant Organization. This scholarship pageant is for young ladies in grades Pre-K to 6th grade. The purpose of the program is to introduce girls to the Miss High School America Organization who have an interest in community service and possibly someday competing in the Miss High School America National Pageants. Participants will build confidence, gain friendships from all over the United States, and have the opportunity to compete on a large national stage.
